Nicole Mason, owner of Ivory & Beau, has been a key figure in the Savannah wedding industry since 2012. She began by acquiring Simply Savannah Events LLC, a small wedding planning company, and expanded into floral design. Her passion for weddings grew during her time at David’s Bridal, and in 2014, she opened Ivory & Beau, a boutique bridal shop, at 7302 Abercorn St, near Oglethorpe Mall.

Nicole’s journey with previous owner of Camellia Bridal, Nicki, began when Ivory & Beau started carrying Adele Amelia, Nicki’s collection of handmade bridal accessories, including sashes, headpieces, and veils. Nicki’s growing passion for bridal led her to open Camellia Bridal at 125 W Duffy St. She envisioned creating a space that catered to brides seeking beautiful gowns and accessories, and Camellia Bridal quickly became a local favorite.

While Nicki was building Camellia Bridal, Ivory & Beau took a significant step in its own journey, moving to its final, everlasting home at 1010 E Victory Dr. across from Daffin Park. This charming 100+ year-old house, located at the corner of Waters Ave and Victory Dr, is most known for its history as a funeral home. Nicole saw the potential in this historic space and has been working diligently to renovate it, transforming it into a beautiful and functional boutique that brings together not just bridal fashion, but also the wedding planning and floral teams. With its rich history and unique character, this new location serves as the perfect backdrop for the next chapter of Ivory & Beau, creating a warm, welcoming space for brides and couples to plan every detail of their wedding day.

The incredible growth of Ivory & Beau wouldn't have been possible without the hard work and dedication of the amazing team behind the scenes. Nicole is the first to acknowledge that the success of the small business is a true team effort. She deeply appreciates the passion, care, and energy that her team puts into every aspect of serving couples. From the bridal consultants to the wedding planners to the floral designers to the seamstresses and everyone in between, it’s their commitment to making each bride and groom feel special that truly makes the difference. Nicole wholeheartedly believes that the heart of Ivory & Beau’s success lies in the people who work tirelessly to help couples find joy and excitement on their wedding day.

In a bold move to further expand, Ivory & Beau acquired Camellia Bridal on December 31, 2024, combining the two stores into Savannah’s largest bridal boutique. With over 500 gowns and hundreds of bridal accessories between the two locations, brides now have more options than ever to create their perfect wedding day look.

Looking ahead, we’re excited for what the future holds! As part of our continued growth, we plan to eventually relocate Camellia Bridal to the new Ivory & Beau location at 1010 E Victory Dr. We can’t wait to provide our brides with an even better experience, helping them find the perfect gown at the perfect price!
